So, if you're not happy with the comfort or performance level of the Yokohama tyres fitted to your car, you can exchange them for another type of tyre*.

*Providing the exchange is within the limits of the Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions
1. The customer must return their tyres to the Tyres & More store where the tyres were originally purchased from, within 30 days (of date of purchase) or 1,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first.
2. Exchange may occur for a different tyre within the Yokohama passenger car tyre range, in the same size only.
3. The 'Hassle Free Guarantee' applies to the minimum purchase of 2 tyres.
- In cases where just 2 of a vehicle's 4 tyres are purchased, there's a chance of tyre mismatch between the old tyres and the new ones being fitted. As a consequence, the 'Hassle Free Guarantee' cannot be fairly judged and will only be offered at the individual Tyres & More stores discretion.
4. A wheel alignment check, balance and adjustment must be carried out on the vehicle at time of purchase, for the customer to be eligible to receive this offer.
5. If the Tyres & More store finds evidence of tyre damage or misuse including off-road use, motorsport or competition use, puncture, puncture repair, cut or sidewall damage, the offer will be void.
6. In the event of a tyre exchange;
- If the tyres are exchanged for a more expensive tyre, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
- The customer does not have to pay for additional fitting and balancing costs.
- Tyres will only be swapped with proof of purchase in the form of an invoice, together with the original Hassle Free Guarantee certificate.
7. Tyre prices quoted include fitting and GST. Each Tyres & More store is responsible for setting the tyre price.
8. This offer is for retail purchases only and excludes fleet, government and wholesale purchases.
9. Valid for one exchange only.
