Kumho Tyres 80,000km Mileage Guarantee

Kumho Tyres 80,000km Mileage Guarantee

Introducing the Kumho Tyres Australia 80,000 km Mileage Guarantee for the Kumho Crugen HT51 Highway Terrain tyre fitted to SUV, RV and 4x4 vehicles.

As a global manufacturer of high tech tyre products, Kumho is so confident in its product it will guarantee you a 80,000 kilometre mileage result for the Kumho tyres you have just purchased from Tyres and More.

How the Kumho Crugen HT51 Mileage Guarantee Works

Step 1. Once you have purchased your Kumho tyres under this guarantee simply log onto
www.kumho.com.au/mileageguarantee and enter your details online to register.

The registration form provides your details, the tyre dealer’s details, invoice details, tyre serial number as well as the mileage on your vehicle at time of fitment.

Step 2. Keep a record of your mileage and scheduled tyre maintenance (Kumho recommend you use their service booklet and keep it with the original invoice together with the vehicle’s log books). Every 10,000km take your tyres to Tyres and More for a service.

Step 3. Once you achieve the mileage we trust you will be happy to purchase another set of Kumho tyres.

In the event that you did not achieve the guaranteed mileage, return the Kumho tyres to your Kumho dealer set out in the ‘place of purchase’ section of the service schedule.

This guarantee is of a pro-rata basis. That is, if you achieve only 90% of the guaranteed mileage we will refund you 10% of the purchase price.

In between services ensure your tyres are inflated to the correct pressure. Inspect your tyres regularly for damage.

How To Make A Claim

Hopefully you’ll achieve the mileage and be happy to purchase another set of Kumho tyres.

In the event that you did not achieve the guaranteed mileage, return the Kumho tyres to your Tyres and More tyre shop.

You will need to provide proof of purchase, service booklet (with proof of required completed services to date), and service invoices.

You will be required to have the tyres taken off your vehicle and sent for inspection at the nearest Kumho Tyres State Office. The cost of freighting the tyres from the Kumho dealer to the Kumho State Office will be paid for by Kumho Tyres Australia.
