The Cane Country Tyre Service has operated since 1989. It was previously Goodyear Autocare Proserpine and is now Tyres & More Proserpine. The paint scheme on the building may have changed, but the owners haven’t.
Shane and Michael know just about everything there is to know about tyres. They fit and replace just about all types of tyres including small tyres for mowers, motorcycle tyres, truck tyres and small to medium Off-The-Road tyres on equipment like Telehandlers and Backhoe Loaders. They also have two qualified mechanics for car servicing and repairs. As well as three road service trucks to provide a mobile tyre roadside and site service for trucks, farm and mining equipment.
Tyres & More Proserpine stocks Yokohama tyres, Kumho, Mickey Thompson, BF Goodrich, Bridgestone and Goodyear tyres and more. Providing customers with a choice of budget or performance tyres for cars. As well as all terrain tyres and mud tyres for four-wheel drive owners.
If you need wheels to suit your style, or to fit a larger tyre size we supply ROH wheels, CSA, Speedy and Method Race Wheels. Along with the brands distributed by Dynamic and PDW Wheels.
We do all tyre related services too. Fitting, balancing, puncture repairs and wheel alignments.
Our car mechanics perform regular mechanical services for cars and 4WDs. Including oil changes, lube services and logbook services using up-to-date diagnostic scan tools.
We also replace consumable items like car batteries, brake pads, brake rotors and shock absorbers. We can also do brake upgrades, lift kits and heavy duty suspension to aid towing capabilities with caravans and boat trailers. We stock suspension kits and components by Fulcrum Suspension, Bilstein and EFS Suspension.
Tyres and More Proserpine replaces truck tyres at our shop or up to 100 kilometres away using our tyre emergency road service vehicles. We recommend quality truck tyres on drive and steer axels and we have a selection of cost-effective trailer tyres. We can replace damaged truck rims and perform truck tyre puncture repairs. We also visit truck fleet sites to provide tyre maintenance.
Being sugar cane country, we’re experts in replacing tyres on tractors, harvesters, haul-out trucks and various farm equipment. Our mobile tyre service vehicles offer farm site service.
Our tyre service is equipped to handle and fit OTR tyres. Off The Road (OTR) Tyres for graders, loaders and skid steers vehicles.
